The second pillar was a complete redesign of the clipping and short-form workflow. Every clip was built around the first few seconds of attention, structured deliberately to trigger curiosity, emotional relevance, or a cognitive interruption for cold viewers. The internal narrative of each clip was tightened to protect retention and to create a natural loop that encouraged viewers to continue watching, instead of scrolling away.
